Very early on we knew if we were going to deliver and manage the expectations of our retail clients, we had to get under the skin of eCommerce. And so back in 2005, we launched our own eCommerce store, which we successfully ran for over 5 years. From this full on experience we built our own eCommerce platform Purveya® using all that we had learnt from displaying goods, processing orders, managing stock, distribution, engaging with customers through to operationally managing the business. Our understanding of online retailing is as unquestionable as our enthusiasm. We love it.
